"I started writing poems and short stories pretty much as soon as I knew how to! As a child I was always reading and writing little stories and rhymes. I have lived in many places over the years including Hertfordshire, all over Hampshire and now Surrey. The whole way through school, college and university creativity was always a key part of my life and gave me some wonderful experiences, including writing and acting. After a considerable 'blip' of being sucked in by the 'day job' I am finally finding my way again. I have performed at poetry open mic' nights and a festival and had quite a few poems published in various anthologies. I have also appeared on internet and local BBC radio stations reading some of my work.

I am inspired by many things I have seen and places I have been and also by some of my favourite music and authors, anything from the traditional to the absurd.

Thanks to the support of those around me and those who have kept me believing in myself, I am currently working on a poetry CD set to music."
