"I was born in April 1959 in Wirral and my interests are many, especially nature, travelling, spiritualism, life and laughter. I started writing as a child, encouraged by my mum Edna, sister Judy and Aunty Do who all loved poetry and believed that nothing is impossible to a willing heart.

We live in a fascinating time, I'm influenced by everything I experience, everyone I meet and I love the freedom arising from a little creative imagination. As a long-distance walker with a dog, most of my thoughts, ideas and fragments of poetry arise while I'm out and are never written down, acting as sparks that spring to life when the time is right.
